The secret headquarters of Shai- the Hagana's intelligence service was located in a flat on a gray building on 190 Ben Yehuda Street in Tel Aviv. The united intelligence service was established by- Israel Amir- Zvlodovski, in 1942. Up until then different autonomic bodies operated in different parts of the country. They collected intelligence about Arabs, British and some about Jewish collaborators.
